Citizens Advice Liverpool is Liverpool’s leading provider of advice and advocacy services. We are a local, independent charity and our services are free, confidential and impartial.

Our General Advice team is only a phone call away and ready to support you 7 days a week. We also have a number of specialist teams who can provide advice and help for more complex cases. We take a holistic approach to providing advice and can help you with several issues at a time if necessary.

Citizens Advice Liverpool has four permanent offices and more than 30 outreach locations across the city. Our offices are currently open by appointment only, however we are continuing to provide help online and over the phone.
