Stuart graduated in Mathematics and Physics from Liverpool University, before going on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. He switched to AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, and for 26 years, held a range of operational and business/IT project roles in the UK and overseas.
After taking early retirement in 2017, Stuart volunteered with Citizens Advice South Liverpool and was a Trustee of Sahir House, Liverpool.
The opportunity to join the Citizens Advice Liverpool Board of Trustees and be part of making a positive impact in the local region is a big pull. Stuart intends to play an active role in the Board, bringing commercial, finance and change management insight to complement the diverse skills and experience around the Board table.
Stuart is a big Everton fan and passionate about his Liverpool roots.
